Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PropDispatch AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PropDispatch AI provides automated emergency maintenance dispatching services for property management companies. The Service includes AI voice answering, SMS notifications, vendor routing, and ticketing.

Please note: PropDispatch is an automated answering and routing software, and is never a replacement for 911, emergency services, or professional medical/legal advice.

3. Communications

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive communications from us, including SMS messages and emails, for the purpose of providing the Service, sending alerts, and fulfilling your requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To opt-out of SMS messages, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your property data, routing rules, and vendor contact information. PropDispatch AI is not liable for misrouted calls due to inaccurate data provided by you.

5. Billing, Subscriptions, and Overages

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By upgrading to a paid subscription (e.g., Pro or Enterprise), you authorize PropDispatch AI to automatically charge your payment method on file on a recurring monthly or annual basis until canceled. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current 30-day billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of that billing period. Partial months are non-refundable.

Your subscription includes a defined quota of AI voice minutes and SMS segments ("Fair Use"). Any usage exceeding this quota during a billing cycle will be billed as overage charges at our standard rates, and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service exclusively for its intended purpose of property management maintenance dispatch. You may not use the Service, including provided phone numbers, for telemarketing, spamming, harassment, or any illegal activities. PropDispatch AI reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without refund if you violate this policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

PropDispatch AI is a software and communication tool designed to assist in vendor dispatching; we are not a property management company, emergency service provider, or maintenance contractor. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropDispatch AI shall not be held legally or financially liable for any physical property damage, loss of life, personal injury, or financial loss resulting from delayed dispatching, AI transcription errors, vendor no-shows, system downtime, or telecom network failures. The Service is provided "as is" and you rely on it at your own risk.
